Not A Penny.
Don't spend a copper on anything except training. Even while training, Ret pallys do you need taunt or tank spells? Arcane mages do you need Ice spells? NO!!!waste A LOT of gold on these worthless spells...
Also, do ALL 25 OF YOUR DAILIES!!! thisll gain you a lot of gold, more than 300 a day in fact. a week and you got 2k g on your hands!

Farm groups.
I never knew this, but karazhan drops a pretty decent amount of coin there. I went in there for about an hour, thanks to my guild leader, I started with 600g, wound up with 929g. only one hour.
You can 2 man this with a ret pally, and a holy pally. 3 man with 3 blood DK's. And 3 man with 3 priests.

Farm groups can also go for dailies to make them A LOT faster,
Also go's for The Black Temple. I've heard that a lot of coin drops there, but im not exactly 100% sure. Farm groups will boost your peed of making gold by about 70%.

Gold tip #2

People buy enchants. whether for raiding or pvping. they buy enchants. Leather workers can make a few leg enchants so that every class can use. people want them. You can buy the mats for about 50-70g. They normally sell for about 300g, but sometimes they go low enough to plummit down to 100g. either way you make money.

Think, you sell 10. 30g profit each. 30x10? 300g right there.

if they sell for 280g you'd make 210g profit each. 210x10? 2100g.

new expansion comes out? there are new ones. demand is higher
you level leatherworking as fast as you can, you are one of the few that can supply the demand for
the leg enchants. prices skyrocket. they sell for about 500-600g per.
mats are about 120g. you sell for 550. 430g profit per. you sell about 30 because a lot of people want.
30x430g? 12900g boom.. your in goldsburg now.

Gold tip #1

Eversong woods roundup.
Dragonhawks in Eversong woods drop Small eggs. small eggs are used in cooking and sell for about 10-20g a stack. At christmas time, small eggs are needed for making eggnog. this will cause the prices to rocket up, causing them to go higher.

copper ore: is biiig in Eversong woods. copper ore sells for about 8g a stack, always check bar to ore prices on auction house.

This strategie can make you a very quick few hundred gold...
